This past May 20th, From Here celebrated 5 years of existence!

Five years ago we launched what we thought would be just a few summer Zoom Sessions to gather folks to pray and learn and grow together. Fast forward just a few short years and we are now a federally recognized nonprofit that gathers folks from all over to create everything from a podcast to a publication to opportunities to gather in person. God has been so very generous and has poured out His Spirit of abundance and fidelity in so many ways. The most profound act of generosity has been the way the Spirit has led incredible folks to be a part of the work of From Here. We have become an organization of the lay Church. From our Board, to our Creatives, to our Volunteers, to those who invest in and receive our offerings–we are completely overwhelmed by the gift that is God’s people. We cannot wait to see what the next five years have in store. We invite you to help us continue creating things that offer hope, accompaniment and fraternal care–things that encourage folks in their walk to love God, Neighbor and Self.
